发明名称 REGENERATION OF DENITRATION CATALYST
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the effective restoration of capacity, by a method wherein an aqueous ammonium hydrogen sulfate solution is infiltrated into or sprayed to an ammonia catalytic reducing and denitration catalyst lowered in its capacity and the impregnated one is baked to replenish an S-component to said catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The regeneration of the capacity of an ammonia catalytic reducing and denitration catalyst lowered in its capacity is effectively performed not only by a method wherein an aqueous ammonium hydrogen sulfate solution is infiltrated or sprayed to the capacity lowered catalyst after washing and the impregnated one is baked but also by a method wherein said aqueous ammonium hydrogen sulfate solution is directly infiltrated into or sprayed to the capacity lowered catalyst before baking. In this case, a baking temp. is 300-650 deg.C, pref., 300-400 deg.C and a baking time may be about 1hr. This method is mainly useful for a catalyst based on TiO2, for example, a TiO2-V2O5 type, TiO2-WO3-V2O5 type or TiO2-WO3 type catalyst.
