The invention relates to a dog toilet with water flushing, in which a housing or a casing is provided which is preferably cylindrical in shape and exhibits a door for entrance to within the housing and, near its lower end, a baseplate sloping towards an outlet. On the other side, preferably opposite the door, a tubular line with openings and a flushing stopcock for actuating the water flushing in the housing and for flushing the baseplate is provided, and so too is a column which serves as a tree, is arranged vertically in the centre of the baseplate and simultaneously serves as a load-bearing member for a roofing, which is preferably conical in design and is arranged coaxially with respect to the housing but separately from it.
