PURPOSE:To easily enlarge the chlorine pole by forming it with the carbon fiber sheets obtained by stacking a plurality of sheets of breached carbon fiber shops and baking it at a temperature of 2,500 deg.C or higher. CONSTITUTION:An electrode is formed by stacking desired numbers of sheets obtained by breaching the fibers obtained through baking and carbonization of tar, pitch, liquefied coal, etc. and then cutting it into the desired shape. The baking condition of carbon fiber sheet sould be set to 2,500 deg.C or higher and almost be perfect graphite. If a degree of graphite is low, electrode is obviously deteriorated and impurity is melted away with increase of charging and discharging cycle of battery. As a result, deterioration of battery energy efficiency becomes remarkable. |
