The manufacturing procedures for shuttle materials for a spinning and weaving machin are as follows. (a) One end part(1) is fixed in the insertion-groove(2') of a wood pole(2). Paper(1) is made from a needle-leaf tree. (b) Paper(1) is rolled closely around the circumferential plane of a wood pole(2). (c) Fiber(3) is rolled with paper on the proper part. (d) Then only paper is wound. (e) A paper roll(A) is used to fix the end part of paper (1). These shuttle materials make the shuttle heat-resistant, chemical-resistant and scratch-proof. |
