PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated molding for car interior material free from sinks on molding surface by a method wherein surface material and thermoplastic resin are put in the cavity of a mold and compression is applied to the cavity to laminate said resin on the surface material and surface material and intermediate material are selected from a wide range. CONSTITUTION:Surface material 3 is put in the cavity 2 of a mold 9a, then, heated and molten thermoplastic resin 4 is injected into the cavity 2. Then, the mold 9a is shut to compress the thermoplastic resin 4 in the cavity to laminate the surface material 3 on the resin 4. The desired molded laminate 10 is obtained by cooling under compression. EFFECT:Laminated molding can be conducted at pressure and temperatures lower than injection molding. |
