PURPOSE:To increase a bias magnetic field margin and a deflecting magnetic field margin to improve the reliability of long-time start/stop operations by making the length of a leg part in the magnetic bubble input side of a magnetic bubble transfer pattern longer than that of the magnetic bubble output side. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic bubble transfer patterns 1a' and 1b' of a magnetic bubble transfer circuit 2' are so formed that a ratio of a length lin of a magnetic bubble input-side leg part 3b' in the direction orthogonal to the magnetic bubble transfer direction to the length lout of a magnetic bubble output-side leg part 3a' satisfies lin/lout>1. When a rotating magnetic field advances in the order of 0 deg., 90 deg., and 180 deg., a magnetic bubble is transferred successively to positions 4a, 4b, and 4c. If lin>lout is true, the magnetic gradient between attracting magnetic poles 5b and 5c is increased to increase the driving power of the magnetic bubble when the magnetic bubble is transferred from the transfer pattern 1a' to the transfer pattern 1b', and therefore, the bias margin and the deflecting magnetic field margin are increased to improve the reliability of long-time start/ stop operations. |
