PURPOSE:To prevent application of an extraordinary load on a device, by a method wherein a hopper, horizontally moved in a condition to be supported by a truck, is located rotably centering around an X-X axis and an Y-Y axis, by means of a cross pin and a bracket yoke inserted in the cross pin. CONSTITUTION:The drum of a hopper 3 supported to a truck 2 is divided into 3 parts of an upper part 11, an intermediate part 12 and a lower part 13. 4 cross pins 14A, 14B, having axes crossing each other at right angles on a plane surface, are mounted to the intermediate part 12 of the drum part. Bracket yokes 15A and 15B are inserted through each cross pin 14, and bracket yokes 15A and 15B on the opposing cross pins 14A and 14B are respectively attached to the truck 2 or the hopper part 3, supported to the truck 2, and the lower part 13 of the drum part. This enables the hopper 3 and a rubble-mound hopper 4 to rotate around an X-X axis and an Y-Y axis, crossing each other at right angles on a plane surface, resulting in the possibility to relieve a moment load generated along with movement of the hoppers 3 and 4 and to prevent the hopper 4 from being thrown off balance. |
