PURPOSE:To reduce an ion current while enhancing the finely pulverizing capacity of a paint, by forming the paint contact part of an atomizing head base end from a conductive material to form an electrode and forming the other parts of the atomizing head of a resistant material. CONSTITUTION:The paint contact part of the base end side of an atomizing head 3 is formed of a conductive material 3 to form an electrode and the other parts of the atomizing head 3 is formed of a light wt. material 8 excellent in corrosion resistance and anti-wear property. Whereupon, an ion current is reduced and the atomizing head can be rotated at a high speed and the finely pulverizing capacity of a paint is enhanced.
