PURPOSE:To hot-press metal or other material at a uniform temperature, in reduced energy loss and simply by heating the whole body of a press mold provided with a pressure device using thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION:A powder molding part 13 is filled with phenol resin powder as material of a hot press molded object. Then, pressure is applied by a pressure device using the thermal expansion of, preferably, inorganic salt or metal to press the above-said molding dust and sodium chloride powder sufficient. The upper steel plate 12 is fixed by the clamping pin 15 to the mold outer frame 10 in that state, then, the whole mold is entered into an electric oven, left alone for a specified time and kept at a high temperature to obtain a hot press molded piece easily. |
