<p>PURPOSE:The titled composition, consisting of a modified polyolefin modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride), specific saponified ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer and plasticizer, having remarkably improved transparency, and suitable to a layer constituent component in multilayered structures. CONSTITUTION:A transparent resin composition obtained by incorporating (A) 65-99.9pts.wt., preferably 70-99pts.wt. modified polyolefin, modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride), and having 0.002-5wt% content thereof with (B) 35-0.1pts.wt., preferably 30-1pts.wt. saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 25-75mol% ethylene content, >=96% saponification degree and 0.1-20g/10min melt flow rate (MFR) and (C) 0.5-200pts.wt., preferably 1- 100pts.wt., based on 100pts.wt. component (B), plasticizer, e.g. glycerol.</p> |
