The invention relates to a drive assembly for a motor vehicle with an engine, a speed gearbox, a differential and a carrying tube enclosing a transmission shaft, which tube is arranged between engine and gearbox or between gearbox and differential and rigidly connects the drive elements. For improved adaptation of the drive assembly to installation conditions in the motor vehicle, the engine and/or the gearbox and/or the differential are aligned inclined in relation to their drive or output shafts and a joint is provided in the transmission shaft of the carrying tube at the inclination intersection. |
