PURPOSE:To prepare a T-type, crossed, etc. fiber-reinforced resin branch joint pipe efficiently after the glass roving process by a method wherein roving forming is conducted so that the end opening part of the branch base of a branch joint pipe is shut and then, the FRP material of the opening part is cut off. CONSTITUTION:The filament 16 such as glass roving etc. is wrapped around the mold releasing agent layer on the outer circumference of a joint mold to make a combined mold and cut the unnecessary part on the opening. After an FRP material covered is hardened, the joint pipe 17 is stuck to and bonded with the branched opening surface of a formed pipe body where the main body part 18 and the branched base 19 are united into one body and the outer circumference of the bonded surface is adhered to chopped strand mat etc. for reinforcement to obtain T-type branch joint pipe 21. |
