PURPOSE:To decrease a lateral width and to facilitate mounting of a reed valve with high rigidity, by a method wherein, in a reed valve which is located between an opening for the intake air hole of an engine and an evaporator, the configuration of the flange, locked to the opening edge of the intake air hole by means of a screw, of the reed valve is formed in a long lengthways shape. CONSTITUTION:In a device in which a reed valve 12 is coupled to an intake air hole 10 open to the interior of the crank case of an engine, and an evaporator 14 is coupled to the valve 12 through a rubber pipe 13 having elasticity, a flange 17, which is locked to the opening edge of the intake air hole 10 by means of bolts 15 and 16, and a boxform reed valve body 19 is formed integrally with the flange 17. The body 19 is formed such that a pair of valve holes 22 are formed in a valve case 21 in a triangle in vertical cross section. The reed valve 12 is constituted such that a reed 23 is locked to each valve hole 22 by means of a screw and the reed 23 is prevented from being opened to more than a given size with the aid of a stopper 24. In which case, the flange 17 is formed in a long lengthways shape, and a lateral width is decreased. |
