摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to make larger the degree of freedom of element disposition in the ripple filter part by adding some elements to the titled circuit by a method wherein an additional power source, which is substrantially equal with the AC power loss component of the heat source of this semiconductor integrated circuit and generates the AC power loss component of a fed code, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 1, a resistor 2 and a constant voltage source 3 constitute a ripple filter and the constant voltage source 3 is constituted of a capacitor, a Zener diode and so forth. This ripple filter stabilizes a non-stabilizing power source, which is fed to a power source non-stabilizing line (b), and feeds a non-stabilizing power source to a load circuit 10, which is connected to a stabilizing line (a). Accordingly, this ripple filter functions as a heat source with the ripple component of the non-stabilizing power sources. This semiconductor integrated circuit has been provided with an amplifier 7 for a voltage gain K. This inversion input is connected to the non-stabilizing line (b) through a resistor 4 and the non-inversion input is connected to the stabilizing line (a). Moreover, this integrated circuit has been provided with a feedback resistor 5. The amplifier 7 makes a transistor 8 drive. The transistor 8 has an emitter load resistor 9 and the collector is connected to the non-stabilizing line (b).
