PURPOSE:To enable to effectively utilize the solar heat by a method wherein the air passed through an evaporator is flowed to the evaporator when the temperature at the suction port of the evaporator is higher than the outside air temperature and exhausted outside when said temperature is lower than the outside air temperature. CONSTITUTION:In the titled device, because the gain of heat by an evaporator is so larger than the inflowing of the outside air in the evaporator is preferable when the temperature in an upper chamber 3 is lower than the outside air temperature, the air passed through the evaporator is led by a selector valve 15 in the course indicated with the arrow 14 in order to discharge outside. On the contrary, when the temperature in the upper chamber 3 is higher than the outside air temperature, the selector valve actuats in order to send back the air passed through the evaporator to the air suction port side in the upper chamber 3 as indicated with the arrows 17 so as to enter the evaporator again. As a result, the air, the temperature of which is higher than the outside air temperature, is prevented from being discharged outside and consequently the thermal efficiency of the titled device turns to be improved.
