Radiator comprises two similar flanged panels (1,2) for forming the front panel of the radiator, a finned heating element (3,4) a top louvre element (6, 13), and brackets (9) which in use are fixed to a wall, carry the heating element at their base, and engage the flanges of the panels to hold them together and support the front panel. The width of element (6, 13) is the same as the smaller dimension of fins (3), and the longer dimension of fins (3) plus the overall thickness of the louvre element (6, 13) is no greater than the internal width between the flanges of the flanged panels (1,2). When the assembly is packed for transport, as in Fig. 1, with a flanged panel (1,2) above and below the heating element (3,4) and the louvre element (6,13), the space between panels (1, 2) is filled with the other components of the radiator assembly to provide a compact and a robust package. <IMAGE> |
