<p>PURPOSE:To input efficiently either a Korea sentence or a Japanese sentence by using a dictionary for Hungle-Kanji (Chinese character) conversion and Kana (Japanese syllabary)-Kanji conversion in common and having only to retrieve one dictionary both for Hungle or Kana inputs. CONSTITUTION:The dictionary 7 is used in common for Hungle-Kanji conversion and Kana-Kanji conversion and the index of conversion information used for the Hungle-Kanji conversion consists of initial voice/medium voice and end voice information. In inputting a Kanji by the Hungle-Kanji conversion, when a Hungle element is inputted sequentially from a keyboard 1, the data is fed to a control section 6. The control section 6 uses a table 6a as to the data so as to collate the initial/medium/end voice corresponding to the combination of the elements as to the said data and the result of collation is used as an index code so as to retrieve a Kanji corresponding to the dictionary 7. The retrieved Kanji data is fed to a display section 8 and a storage section 9 via the control section 9 and then displayed and stored. Thus, either the Hungle sentence or the Japanese sentence is inputted efficiently.</p> |
