PURPOSE:To improve mobility by providing a buffer control means, controlling a buffer managing means, assignment request queue means, assignment notice queue means and an assignment notice queue means to decrease the queue event of a task due to deficient buffer. CONSTITUTION:When a buffer managing program 5 is called by a buffer assignment request process P1, a buffer management table 2 reads to check whether an idle address exists or not. When the address exists, a head idle buffer is assigned to a process P1 to revise the idle address, an idle address chain of a buffer loop 1 and an operating address chain. When no idle buffer exists, a buffer assignment request element is generated, it is connected to a queue matrix by a buffer assignment request semaphore 3 and the execution of the process P1 is finished. Further, the task executed by the process P1 accesses the buffer assignment notice semaphore 4, one of processes such as P3-P5 connected to the semaphore 4 is fetched to attain the processing. |
