PURPOSE:To decrease power supply voltage and temperature fluctuation and also to improve the driving capability by supplying an output voltage of a reference voltage source to the 2nd constant current source via the 1st constant current source, a current mirror circuit, a current-voltage converting circuit and a buffer circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage of a reference voltage sourc 101 comprising a resistor 201 and diodes 202, 203 is extracted from both sides of diodes 202, 203. Then an output voltage of a voltage source 101 is converted into a current by a current source 102 comprising a transistor (Tr)204 and a resistor 205 and further, the current is extracted as a voltage again by a resistor 210 via the current mirror circuit 103 comprising Trs 206, 208 and resistors 207, 209. Then this voltage is converted into a current by a current source 106 comprising a Tr213 and the resistor 214 via the buffer circuit 105 comprising a Tr211 and a resistor 212 to increase the drive capability and fed to a load circuit 4. |
