PURPOSE:To alleviate electrical field stress at the end part of electrode and improve reliability of insulation by integrating an electrode material with an insulator sheet and winding the edge part of electrode material on the basic insulation cylinder after wrapping such edge part with the folding part of insulator. CONSTITUTION:A electrostatic shielding apparatus 30 is formed by winding an electrode sheet 32 to the external side of a basic insulation cylinder 31 arranged near a transformer winding 10. This sheet 32 can be obtained by that an electrode material 34 is vacuum deposited on an insulation paper 33 and both end edges of insulation paper 33 are folded to wrap the end edge of material 34. The sheet 32 is wound turn by turn to the external side of insulation cylinder 31 alternatively with an insulation sheet through the lapping in the axial direction. In an apparatus 30 thus formed, a series capacitance can be made large equivalently and electrical field stress is not concentrated to the edge of cutting edge. |
