PURPOSE:To make it possible to preserve fired and dried laver at ordinary temperature efficiently with certainty by very easy operation, by sealing the dried laver in a firing step with a deoxidizer and desiccant in a sealed container. CONSTITUTION:Laver adjusted to about 3.5-6% moisture content in a firing step is sealed in an air-impermeable sealed container. In the process, a deoxidizer, preferably an organic deoxidizer and desiccant together with the laver are sealed therein and preserved at ordinary temperature. |
