MANUFACTURE OF COIL PARTS

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of cracks of core and improve productivity by bonding the core and lead wire of coil parts with the bonding agent having the ultraviolet setting and dislike gas setting property. CONSTITUTION:A bonding agent 3 having the ultraviolet ray setting and dislike gas setting property is supplied to the fixed holes 4 provided at both ends of core 1 and the lead wires 2 are also inserted thereto. The bonding agent 3 is hardened up to the depth of 1-2mm. from the surface by irradiation of ultraviolet ray. This hardening process ensures sufficient bonding strength for an external force applied in the next process. The bonding agent 3 at the deep area of fixed holes 4 where the bonding agent is not hardened because the ultraviolet ray does not pass through such area is hardened after an hour under the normal temperature by shielding of air (oxygen), resulting in sufficient bonding strength for practical use. According to this method, the bonding agent is hardened at a temperature near the normal temperature and therefore generation of crack of core can be avoided perfectly without change of temperature. Moreover, the substantial bonding process can be completed within several seconds by the irradiation of ultraviolet ray and jumping improvement of productivity can be realized.
