PURPOSE:The stamping of food products which is effected using a mold into any, desired form is automatized to shorten the time for the forming process, further facilitate multilayer feeding, thus enabling food products to multify in layers and divesify into many kinds of commodity. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of openable molds 14 are allowed to go around and among these dies 14, the mold 14 which comes to the top edge of the close die 2 is closed and the top edge of the close die 2 is wrapped. Simultaneously, the outer skin of the food product and the content are extruded from the multilayered close die 2 into the cavity of the mold 14 to effect the food product forming. Then, when the closed mold moves to a prescribed position, the mold 14 is opened and the formed product is taken out. In other words, stamping of food product is automatized to enable the forming process to be automatized and shortened in its time required. Further, this process facilitates the multilayered feeding of starting materials, thus enabling multification in layers and diversification in kinds of food products.
