PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus wherein the adhesive properties of coating is improved and the operation efficiency is excellent by performing chemical conversion treatment after galvanizing a steel plate and constituting the apparatus so that the coating due to paint is performed without elapsing time from the galvanization after water washing and drying. CONSTITUTION:In a galvanizing line of steel plate, chemical conversion apparatuses 6, 7 are provided behind a plating apparatus 5 and a coating apparatus 8 is directly joined before post-treatment. In said line, a steel plate 2 unwound from a base material coil 1 is subjected to pretreatment of degreasing 3 such as alkali and pickling 4 to purify it and thereafter galvanization 5 is performed. After the plated steel plate 2 is successively subjected to phosphate treatment 6 and chromic acid treatment 7 to improve corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and adhesive properties, it is immediately coated with a paint at the coating apparatus 8 within 1min after said galvanization. Thereaftaer, the steel plate 2 is wound around a product coil 11 via a leveler 9 and an oiling installation 10. |
