PURPOSE:To prevent a damage of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder as well as a thermal conducting pipe caused by their thermal deformation or the like by a method wherein a lower pipe plate fixed to the thermal conducting plate is not fixed to the outer cylinder and a space with respect to the outer cylinder is sealed with a packing to cause itself to be floated. CONSTITUTION:An upper pipe plate 15 and a lower pipe plate 16 are fixed to a heat transmitting pipe 8, the lower pipe plate 16 is not fixed to the outer cylinder, a sealing mechanism for sealing a clearance in respect to the outer cylinder 9 and for floating the lower pipe plate 16 is arranged in the clearance so as to accommodate a difference between an elongation of the heat transmitting pipe 8 and an elongation of the outer cylinder 9 caused by heat. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent a damaged condition of a structural device caused by the thermal deformation of the thermal conducting pipe 8 and the outer cylinder 9. |
