PURPOSE:To adjust the quantity of external air to be sucked up and that of indoor air to be discharged and to suppress the lowering of the dehumidifying ability by detecting a difference between the external air temperature and indoor set temperature. CONSTITUTION:An operation controller comprises comparing and calculating means 13 for inputting both outputs of room temperature setting means 10 and external air detecting means 7 and ventilating fan driving means 5 for stepwisely or continuously driving and controlling the opening degree of the ventilating fan 4. Further, the operation controller comprises drive signal outputting means 15 for receiving a timing terminating signal of timer means 19 for timing a predetermined period of time and outputting a timing terminating signal and for outputting an output of a drive discriminating means 14 to the ventilating fan drive means 5. By this constitution, the opening degree of the ventilating fan for adjusting the quantity of external air sucked up and the exhaustion quantity of indoor air is controlled stepwisely or continuously based on the difference between external air and indoor air. By these procedures, the change in the room temperature due to the variation of the external air temperature is suppressed and the lowering of the dehumidifying ability is suppressed. |
