IC CARD CONNECTING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate a built-in battery from an IC card by providing a magnetic field generating means to an IC card receptacle and providing a sheet form coil to the card so as to attain transmission/reception of information contactlessly thereby connecting completely the IC card to an external device. CONSTITUTION:The IC card 2 is inserted to a prescribed receptacle of a service offer device 1 so as to connect it contactlessly and when an operating section 17 is operated, a control section 10 drives an energy supply section 11 so as to supply energy to a power converting section 21 in the inside of the card 2. The converting section 21 converts the energy into a DC voltage and supplies it to each section in the card 2. Further, in transmitting information to the card 2, the control section 10 drives an information transmission/reception section 12 via a transmission/reception section 13 so as to transmit the information to an information reception section 22 of the card 2. Furthermore, the power converting section 21 of the card 2 is constituted by a sheet form thin coil 21A and an AC/DC converting circuit 21B.
