PURPOSE:To solve problems of interference fringes occurring at the time of image formation and spots occurring at the time of reversal development at the same time by forming a light receiving layer having one or pairs of nonparallel interfaces in a short range. CONSTITUTION:The light receiving member or photoreceptor 1005 is obtained by forming on a substrate cut on the surface, a photoreceptive layer 1000 composed of an electrostatic charge injection preventing layer 1002, a photosensitive layer 1003, and a surface layer 1004 from the side of the substrate 1001. This light receiving layer 1002 has in a short range one or more pairs of nonparallel interfaces, and a large number of interfaces are arranged in at least one direction in a plane perpendicular to the layer thickness direction. |
