A corded curtain suspension arrangement comprises:- a rail; a plurality of freely slidable runners (not shown) thereon; a pair of master runners slidable thereon; a pair of similar and interchangable endpieces, one on each end of the rail; and an endless draw-cord; wherein each endpiece includes a pulley formation comprising a spindle extending between two end flanges, one of the flanges being supported cantilever fashion by the spindle in such manner that a bight of the endless cord can be passed over said flange and engaged on the pulley without either dismantling the end piece or breaking the continuity of the cord; and wherein the cord is arranged so as to pass from a dependant loop at one end of the arrangement, over the pulley at that end, is secured to one of the master runners, passes round the pulley at the other end, is secured to the other of the master runners, passes back over the first mentioned pulley, and returns to said dependant loop. <IMAGE> |
