PURPOSE:To correct the variation of a center frequency due to a processing error by protruding a metallic screw toward the tube axis by about 1/4 wavelength at an end of a block-shaped radio wave absorbing member set into a waveguide and at the same time connecting a radio wave absorbing plate to the end of the radio wave absorbing member in parallel to said screw. CONSTITUTION:A block-shaped radio wave absorbing member covers a part or whole of the area inside the cross section of a waveguide. While a metallic screw 5 is protruded toward the tube axis by about 1/4 wavelength at an end of a uniform part 3 of a terminator of the radio wave absorbing member when a>>d is satisfied, where (a) and (d) mean the width of the waveguide and the screw diameter respectively. A radio wave absorbing plate 6 is connected to the tip of the part 3 in parallel to the screw 5. The screw 5 and the plate 6 form a 2-step matching part including two impedance compensating parts. Thus it is possible to correct easily the variation of a center frequency due to a processing error by controlling the length of the protruded axis of the screw 5. |
