PURPOSE:To prevent surely accidents by communicating an advance notice before a command reception position by a communicating means of another system. CONSTITUTION:An unattended car 1 receives commands from a transmitter and receiver 2A of an earth station 2 through a transmitter and receiver 1A. A controller on the unattended car 1 has a CPU 4, etc., and a steering operation part 9 and a running operation part 10 are controlled through an interface 6 in accordance with processing results of this controller. In this case, an advance notice signal receiver 1B for advance notice communication is added, and the turning-on/off signal from this receiver is taken in as an advance notice signal. The CPU 4 checks whether a command is received or not during the operation control; and if a command is not received, it is discriminated whether the advance notice signal is received or not. If the advance notice signal is received, the CPU 4 waits command reception for a prescried time thereafter; and the operation is controlled in a mode according to a command if the command is received during this prescribed time, but reception failure is discriminated to perform the protection processing such as stop control or the like if the command is not received then. |
