PURPOSE:To rewind plates cut in a band shape uniformly for each stripe by providing several drums on a rewinding shaft via a friction plates. CONSTITUTION:When the winding diameter of the central drum among three drums becomes large, the plate being rewound by the central drum is pulled faster than other plates. The tension of the central plate is made larger, and the tension of other plates tends to become smaller. At this time, a slip may occur at the friction generating section depending on the balance between the tension of the central plate and the rotating force obtained by the friction force generated between a brake shoe 14 provided on a disk 12 and a brake plate 16 provided on the drum side face 17 due to the pressing force of a cylinder provided at the end section of a stand supporting a shaft 25, or both of them are rotated in one body. If the pressing force of the cylinder is set to a certain value, when the tension is made larger than the braking force caused by friction, the central drum starts slipping, and the speed pulling the plate is decreased. |
