PURPOSE:To offer a manufacturing device of a rubber belt which can manufacture a product which is superior in productivity, durability and economy and having high accuracy, by making use of a mold provided insertably and removably on he central part of a core whose inside is formed into shape corresponding to an external shape of the rubber belt. CONSTITUTION:A core 7 whose inside is formed identically with an external shape of a rubber belt which is goint to be manufactured, a cover 8 holding the core 7 and a lower guide pin 9 guiding a core pin, which is mentioned herein below, to the central part of the core 7 are screwed to a predetermined position of the top of a slide plate 6 positioned through a positioning striker 5. Raw rubber 16 is injected into the core 7 through an opening 15 of an upper guide 10. When top force 2 is pressed by a hot press under this state, the inside of a cavity 17 to be formed between the core 7 and the core pin 13 according to a descent of the core pin 13 is filled with the raw rubber and molding is performed. The top force 2 is removed from a bottom force 1 by removing the hot press after vulcanizaion, and the rubber belt A adhering to either the core 7 or the core pin 13 is taken out. |
