PURPOSE:To simplify the keyword input work and unify keywords by selecting and inputting a proper keyword from plural preliminarily stored keywords. CONSTITUTION:A keywords is inputted from a keyboard 5 and are stored in a code memory 6, and reserved keywords stored in a keyword file 7 are read out successively and are sent to the first comparator 8. Contents of the code memory 6 are compared with contents of the keyword file 7 by the first comparator 8. If they do not coincide with each other, disaccord is displayed on a display part 14. If they coincide with each other, the keyword is stored in a keyword memory 10. In case of partial coincidence, reserved keywords which coincide partially with the inputted keyword are stored in a keyword list 9 successively and are displayed on the display part 14. A new keyword selected and inputted from these displayed keywords by the keyboard 5.
