PURPOSE:To attain quick and smooth communication processing by ejecting respective originals in nondefective and defective incoming states to different trays among those transmitted originals in a facsimile device at the reception side, and transmitting again only the original in the detective incoming state. CONSTITUTION:An operator sets plural sheets of originals 2 on an original board of a facsimile device 1 and turns on a transmission key. Then these originals 2 are transmitted and scanned successively by a photoelectric converter 3. For the original 2, the number of unreceivable lines exceeds a prescribed level among the number of main scan lines of an original of size A since the facsimile signal modulated and sent to a circuit 6 has an error by the deterioration of a telephone circuit. Thus a demodulator 21 of a facsimile device 20 at the reception side outputs an incoming detective signal to a control part 8 of the device 1 via a control part 25. Then the part 8 outputs a control signal to a solenoid drive circuit 17 to drive a plunger 14 of a solenoid 15. Then the tip part of a guide plate 13 has a displacement and ejects the original 2 of a defective incoming state to a fixed ejection tray 19 for retransmission of the original.
