PURPOSE:To eliminate an error of the stopping position of a bed due to the hysteresis characteristic of a stepping motor by alternately repeatedly driving in normal and reverse directions at the stopping position. CONSTITUTION:A readout controller 44 reads out by data reader 45 step drive pattern data DX, DY, reads out vibration drive pattern data DX, DY alternately repeatedly driving a motor 20 in normal and reverse directions from the second memory 47 on the basis of a step pulse supplied through a delay circuit 43 after the data is completely read out with a data readout circuit 45, and supplies the data as drive control pulses to a motor drive circuit 30. Thus, normal and reverse drives are alternately repeated at the stopping position. |
