PURPOSE:To increase output and simplify production process by forming spaces between respective faces in parts other than the outside circumferential parts of the respective opposite surfaces of a pyroelectric pellet and a support base supporting this pellet. CONSTITUTION:A support table 6 supporting a pyroelectric pellet 1 consists of, for example, copper. The base 6 is etched by an acid to a space, that is, a recess 8, at >=20mum depth, at parts other than an outside circumferential edge part 7 so as to be adhered and supported by an adhesive agent only at the part 7 of the top surface where the base 6 opposes to the pellet 1. The dissipating heat of the pellet 1 is suppressed sufficiently small by this recess 8. |
