PURPOSE:To prevent a wind shield plate provided in a gap between split segments and a welding from cracking by mounting the plate by bolting at one side and at the other by welding in a stator having a plurality of aplit segments, thereby eliminating the restriction only by the welding. CONSTITUTION:A wind seal plate 5 is mounted in a gap between split segments in a stator 4 having a plurality of the segments. In this case, the plate 5 is mounted at one side by a bolt 7 and at the other by a welding 6. Thus, even if the stator 4 is thermally expanded, it can be absorbed by the portion of the bolt 7. Accordingly, no unreasonable force is applied to the plate 5 and the welding 6, thereby preventing a cracking or a wind leakage upon cracking. |
