<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to turn a heavy substance such as, for example, a transformer, in a narrow area by installing a turn table together with a transfer device so that the turn table is turned. CONSTITUTION:A substance 1 to be transferred and a transfer device 2 are towed in the direction of the arrow by means of a winch 4 through a towing wire 3 to be led onto a turn table 5 with the use of an auxiliary plate 6. Then, the wire 3 is set onto the hook 3 of the wire 3 to tow and turn the turn table 5 to in a predetermined direction. After turning, the transfer device 2 and the substance 1 to be transferred are pulled down with the use of the auxiliary plate 6 and are transferred. With this arrangement, they may be turned in a narrow area.</p> |
