PURPOSE:To simplify a production process by constituting a titled device in such a way that the balance weight in the cavity for casting and the remaining material in a runner can be cut by positioning two molding flasks to an open position. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal is poured via a runner 15 into the space 9 for casting when a retaining member 33 for a molding flask is advanced by a cylinder device 32 to press the moving molding flask 5 to the stationary molding flask 4. A cylinder device 34 engages with the flask 5 locating in the close position and moves the flask to the open position in the cutting and cooling position. The balance weight 8 in the space 9 and the remaining material 17 remaining in the runner 15 are cut by the relative movement of both flasks 4, 5. The balance weight 8 exposed and opened to the outside by the movement of the flask 5 is cooled by air. When the balance weight and remaining material are transferred in this state to the taking out position, the balance weight 8 is taken out together with a clip 10 from the space 9 and the material 17 remaining in the runner 15 is taken out by taking out devices 36, 37. |
