PURPOSE:To increase a working area and to improve the reliability of a magnetic bubble detecting/erasing device by providing the 2nd conductr loop as if it enclosed the outer circumference of the 1st conductor loop and impressing a current pulse for erasion of magnetic bubble to the 2nd conductor loop after impressing said current pulse as well as a current pulse for extension of magnetic bubble to the 1st conductor loop. CONSTITUTION:This device contains a new conductor loop 10 formed at the outer circumference of another conductor loop 4 of a conventional equipment. A magnetic bubble 1 is shifted along a transfer pattern 2, and a current pulse 8 is flowed to the loop 4 as shown by an arrow head 5 when the bubble 1 reaches the inside of the loop 4. Thus the extension of the bubble 1 is detected. Then an erasion current pulse 9 is flowed to the loop 4 as shown by an arrow head 7 to erase the bubble 1 existing inside the loop 4. This, however, has the probability of a malfunction where the bubble 1 is not erased and remains at the outer circumference of the loop 4. Therefore an erasion current pulse 11 is impressed to the loop 10 as shown by an arrow head 7. Thus the remaining bubble 1 can be completely erased. |
