PURPOSE:To access efficiently picture data and shorten the transfer time by providing (N+1)pcs. of frame memories where picture data including prescribed picture element data and N-number of nearby picture element data are stored respectively. CONSTITUTION:In case of write to frame memories 3, a common address is given to individual frame memories 3 from a control part 2. This common address is so converted that, for example, data A in the frame memory No.1 is written in a position X, Y of the frame memory No.2 and data B is written in the position X, Y of the frame memory No.3. When data is read out from frame memories to a peripheral processing part 1, the address X, Y of prescribed picture data to be noticed in the frame memory No.1 is fed from the control part 2 to individual frame memories 3 simultaneously to read out data of N-number of nearby picture elements together with data of the picture element to be noticed simultaneously. |
