PURPOSE:To improve wear-resistant properties and heat-insulating properties and, moreover, to obtain comfortable walking contact through appropriate moisture-absorption function and contact frictional-resistance, by performing resin molding by mixing 20-70% cellulose series dry pulverized aggregate which is in 100-150 meshes with polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION:Molding is performed by mixing extremely fine powdery cellulose series aggregate especially wood powder which is in 100-150 meshes within the scope of 20-70%. Mixing capacity is decided appropriately by adapting the same to aimed wear-resistant and water-absorption properties. As for aggregate powder to be mixed, water content is limited within air dryed water content ideally within 3-5% to prevent generation of a bubble and surface roughening at the time of molding. As the titled material possesses wear-resistant, water- resistant and appropriate moisture-absorption properties, absorbs sweat of the skin at the time of walking, can obtain a favotable adhesion feeling and a soft feeling and possesses favorable heat insulating properties through the mixing aggregate 1a sue to a matter that resin molding is performed in this manner, a worm feeling is brought and comfortable walking contact can be obtained. |
