<p>PURPOSE:To arrange a soil deodorization method to be utilizable to discarded gases from several kinds of production process and to reduce deodorization cost by providing a discarded gas introducing chamber to the bottom side of a deodorization tank filled with soil and providing a sprinkling pipe to the discarded gas introducing chamber and the top of the soil layer. CONSTITUTION:Discarded gas generated in several production processes such as casting process is introduced into a discarded gas introducing chamber 5, led further to a main body 1 of a deodorization tank through holes 2a provided to a plate 2, deodorizing in the soil 4 and then dispersed to the outside from the top of the deodorization tank main body 1. Rain water flows through the soil 4 and stored in a water storage chamber 7. The water content of the soil is sensed by a water content sensor 14, and a pump 10 is driven by a controller 16 to spray the water in the water storage chamber 7 into the discarded gas introducing chamber 5 from the sprinkling pipe 8. The water level in the water storage chamber 7 is monitored with a water level meter 15. When the amt. of the water in the water storage chamber is defficient and the water content in the soil is sensed to be insufficient by the water content meter 14, a solenoid valve 13 is opened by the controller 16, and industrial water is sprayed on the soil 4 through the sprinkling pipe 11.</p> |
