PURPOSE:To fix a micro-lens to a metallic plate with ease of handling in the stage of fixing the micro-lens to the metallic plate by using small-diameter metallic bars and utilizing the recovering force when said bars are bent. CONSTITUTION:A square hole 2 is provided to a metallic plate 1 in the stage of depositing a thin film of an anti-reflecting film, etc. by evaporation on a micro- lens. The parts 3, 3' of the hole are walled to 0.3mm. and the parts 4, 4' are walled to 0.1mm., thinner by 0.2mm. than the parts 3, 3'. Metallic bars 5, 5' having 0.2mm. diameter are bent to a U shape and are installed on the parts 4, 4'. A lens 6 to be deposited by evaporation is put into the square hole 2 and the bar 5 is moved in an arrow direction 7, then the lens is fixed like 6' by the recovering force of the bar 5. Since the top ends of the bars 5, 5' are bent inward, the top ends of the bars 5, 5' move along the outside peripheral of the lens 6 simply by pushing the bars 5, 5' by the finger. The lens is thus easily set from the state 5 to the state 5'. |
