PURPOSE:To develop etching resist ink for a printed wiring board having improved resistance to etching by adding and mixing thiourea, ethylene thiourea or a mixture composed thereof to and with the base ink having a specific compsn. CONSTITUTION:Resist ink which has excellent resolution, obviates thinning of a patterned part or generation of pinholes, eyeholes, etc. in said parts in the stage of etching and has high resistance to etching is produced as ink for forming the resist pattern of a printed circuit. Printing ink contg. a polymerizable monomer and prepolymer having >=2 polymerizable ethylenic unsatd. double bonds in one molecule and a film formable resin which dissolves monomer and prepolymer as a vehicle component is used as base ink. Thiourea, ethylene thiourea or the mixture composed thereof is added and mixed at 0.1-30wt% proportion to and with such base ink. The etching resist ink having the excellent characteristics as mentioned above is produced. |
