发明名称 MONOCLONAL ANTIBESTATIN ANTIBODY
摘要 NEW MATERIAL:An antibody, reactive specifically with bestatin, having <=1% cross reactivity respectively to 3-amino-hydroxy-4-(4'-hydroxy)phenylbutanoyl- leucine and 3-amino-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyric acid, and belong to immunoglobulin G2a class. USE:a reagent for measuring the concentration of bestatin which is an immunotherapeutic agent for cancers. PREPARATION:Bestatin is first condensed with a carrier protein preferably at 5-5.5pH to give a conjugate of the bestatin with the protein having hyptenic property, which is as an antigen administered to a mouse, etc. to affor an immunized splenic cell of the mouse. The resultant immunized splenic cell is fused to a myelomatous cell, e.g. myelomatous cell line of a mouse, to form a hybridoma, which is then administered intraperitoneally to a mouse to produce the aimed antibestatin antibody.
