PURPOSE:The rotation shafts of the back roller and the middle roller are allowed to intersect at right angle with each other to inhibit the fibers from dispersing to effect drafting, as the bundle of staple fibers are maintained. CONSTITUTION:Back roller 11 and middle roller 12 are intersected at right angle in their rotation shafts with each other so that the nipping surfaces are allowed to intersect at right angle by the apron belt to introduce the fiber bundle S into the middle roller in cohesive state. The fibers do not disperse excessively to ensure fiber drafting by the top roller. Even when the draft ratio between both rollers is made larger and peripheral speed is raised, no uneven drafting causes. |
