PURPOSE:To enable continuous accumulation of monomolecular films by supplying continuously a liquid for forming monomolecular film using a nozzle in order to compensate for decreased portion of the monomolecular film on a liquid surface caused by the transfer of the monomolecular film and permitting ejection of liquid drops in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A means for feeding a soln. contg. molecules for forming the film as solute is provided. A nozzle 13 is also provided as a discharging part of the means wherein the nozzle 13 is so arranged as to eject liquid drops in the horizontal direction. Thus, a monomolecular film is transferred by a vertically moving substrate 11, and a liquid for forming a monomolecular film is supplied continuously in order to compensate for the decrease of the monomolecular film on the liquid surface caused by the transfer of the monomolecular film using a nozzle 13. Further, the nozzle 13 is arranged so as to eject liquid drops in the horizontal direction. As the result, continuous and uniform lamination of the monomolecular films is realized, and conventionally used pressurizing means have become unnecessary. |
