PURPOSE:To obtain superior heating efficiency and production efficiency by charging a raw material having <=1,000mu particle size to between mirror surfaces repeating multiple reflection where laser beam is reflected by another mirror surface and changing thus the output of the laser beam. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam is guided to a pair of mirror surface prepd. previously with a distance to cause multiple reflection by reflecting the laser beam with another mirror surface and repeating said reflection. A raw material having <=1,000mu particle size is charged to between said mirrors. Thus, the output of the laser beam is changed and said raw material is coagulated from the molten phase or in the vapor phase instantaneously to obtain fine particles. It is also possible to arrange said mirror surfaces vertically and cause multiple reflection of said laser beam at the lower part of said mirror surfaces within the mirror surface using a guiding mirror. |
